Tearing me apart!!!!
I don’t know how I feel right now, one minute I’m so... angry, in a rage the next I’m balled up and crying!!!!! This roller coaster ride has been going on for 13 days. I don’t know how much more I can take. Yes, I know that one side of my brain, the logical side says, "THERE IS NO DOG!!!!" But if so, why does he keep emailing me, there has been no further requests for money???? Then there is the soft hearted side of me that thinks.... what if there is a puppy???? IAM SO....... CONFUSED!!!!! Below is the email he sent me yesterday ( it is at the bottom ) and my response to him is at the top. Guys, what do you think??? I am still awaiting the email from the vet. I’ll let you know what that brings about. Anyway, I have not slept in days and I really have too much brainfog to write anymore at the moment. Thank you for listening to my tale if woe. Debbie I have just noticed that several of his emails and my reponses have been attached besides the ones I intended, that's okay!!as far as I am concerned, this entire mess is the fault of France Petpost. If they had of done their job in the first place and made sure all the shots, papers, passports etc. were in order before Lizzy left Cameroon.... NONE of this would be happening!!!! They and the insurance company are responsible for this and all monies spent to date. If anything happens to that pup ( again if there is one ). I shall be deeply in despair. I will also expect a full refund of all the money I paid out and you should expect a refund on your money too. I am sending a copy of this to both of them. I am sorry you are being tortured. Has he send the name of the vet, very important piece of info that would tell the whole truth. I would ask for it again. If there is a vet he should have no problem giving you the name and #, if he does not give it to you he is full of it. Naomi xo
Oh my, that is just so sad and crazy. I would hate for you to be out your money but another side of me hopes there isn\'t a poor puppy going through all that.
Right now my three boys are curled up on the floor around me wiht a cat in my lap and it would break my heart to think of any of them being so sick.
I hope you can sleep and this ends soon.
Debbie, Although I know lying is not a good thing, I think you should lie, and tell the person to give you the address in New York where the puppy is and that you will go there directly to see/get the puppy. If he gives you any bs, about why you can\'t. That will tell you right there. If there is a puppy -which more than likely there isn\'t- It sounds like it is too sick to survive anyway. You should know the truth soon. I am so sorry Debbie, When it comes to animals I get very emotional. -as you know- I hope everything turns out okay. Much love.

Naomi has the right idea with getting a number, Just be careful because they may have contacts in new york that could fake being a vet. I would also call the BBB and give them the name of the so called Vet, to see if it\'s legit. Also, I think New York has an ASPCA that maybe you could call and get info about what to do, They may even go check on the puppy. ??? Getting the Name of the Vet is the most important thing. I will check on a few things and get back with you okay.
Oh yeah, One more thing. If the person gives you a name and address, Make sure you check them both out and are sure they are \"real\" before you take any action. These people obviously go to great legths to screw people over. If this is for real, and there is a puppy, I would be very surprised. But I am with you, although my head says one thing, my heart tells me to check things out, just in case. I will get back with you later today.
Debbie, What an aweful thing to put a person through...to pull at their heart strings in such a fashion. I feel for you I truly am sorry you are being put through this. This does sound like a scam to me though as having the country Cameroon involved...there have been several such scam emails sent from there over the past 10 yrs. I pray I am wrong though and that you have indeed helped a puppy or that the authorities catch the b*&%ards who are doing this and put them away for a very long time.
Please keep us all up to date about this and try not to beat yourself up...we all act with the best intentions and sometimes things don\'t always work out.

Hi Debbie! You are going through hell. Did you try gettng in touch with the New York police department? If it is a scam they may be able to help you out. It might be a place to start. I would refuse to pay anymore until you have the wee beastie in your custody, otherwise they may be just draining you for your money.My prayers are with you during this time of stress. blessings mary
