Using my tapping method my therapist advised. I need it today. I have to quit thinking of what the exass is up to. Things just can't go smoothly for long before he has to step in and talk trash.

I have been so happy lately. Very calm. Very content. Just watching life go by in a much more enjoyable fashion. Just me and family enjoying each other. No lover. No man at all. But still happy.
Guessing it was too good to last long. I did confer with my attorney and we will see what exass has up his sleeve to get out of paying support. But legally, I am sound. Even if he is planning on retiring to collect social security, he must not know I am entitled to 50% of that money too. I hope he does do it. I will beat him to the ss office!! lol

The X is a total FOOL if he\'s talking this kind of stuff to anyone! He should know that sooner or later, it will get back to you. If I were you, I would SAY NOTHING to him or anyone else about it; make some notes and keep them in a safe place if in case he DOES decide to try and pull a fast one on you!
As to your legal right to 50% of his SS, that is federal law unless you remarry. If YOUR SS benefit is LESS THAN 50% of his, you ARE entitled to an amount equal to 1/2 of what he will collect. He will still get the full amount. NOTE: This is NOT IN ADDITION TO your benefit. It\'s one or the other.
