taking pills and meet new therapist

my new therapist is nice, sincere and professional but still has heart and is understanding. The last week I didnt want to see her but it was to late to cancel so I went anyways. Mom took me as she drives me everywhere. She talked about everything that happened for me since I am tired of retelling my story to therapists. Then she asked many questions and has to see if my abuser has to be "checked in upon" or not since all we got to was me telling police and I dont know if they did or are going to do anything about it.
Plus, I have group with her every Wednesday noon with alot of other women, no men so I am good with that.
 
Ian taking my meds again after 10 days of not taking them and I know I will have headaches and some other side affects from jumping into them suddenly but after a week or two ill be better. Then ill see of my new dosage will help or not.
