taking my own advice

definitely having a morning of a labile sense of self..

but I just did the routine: shower, dressed, coffee at Starbucks

and then a little shopping when the store opened at 6am.

Was hanging out watching tv later on at home with Blue

and was feeling like so much change happens within me -

I just decided to get up and be disciplined about taking care of the homestead.

Keep on keeping on. I mentioned to Nikki to 'stay in her own lane' as a way to cope

and indeed maybe with my daily routine of life outside of work - maybe to 'stay in my own lane'

as well might be a philosophy I can follow as well.

Keep life ship shape, taken care of and abundant for the daily working of my home

and then go to work.....

"Staying in my own lane" is among the visualizations I have used for my humility meditations. I doesn't need to own the road. I doesn't need to know the minds or business of the other drivers. I doesn't need to expect the other drivers to hear me shouting lessons to live by through my car window. I just needs to stay in my own lane, focus on my own destination and be considerate of the vehicles around me.

And turn up the volume of the radio so I can sing along. Did ya know that singing is a breathing exercise?

that's a great thought arfie! I used to love singing but I can never remember the words and so I make things
up as I go along! :)heeh

I am brazen and shameless about changing the words to songs, whether I can remember the words, or not. If a song is coming out of **my** mouth, it is **my** song and I will sing it whatever way I see fit. Go ahead and sue me for the profits I made singing your song **my way**. All you have to do is ask. 110% of nothing is still nothing.
