Taking care of the dogs, day 2
So Geo's family is on vacation to Puerto Rico and so we are stuck behind, taking care of all their animals. They have 2 fish tanks, a guinea pig, a parrot and 2 dogs. I'm afraid of dogs, but I faced my fears and played around with their dogs for a bit. Every morning we go over there, feed the animals and let the dogs out of their cage and into the side yard. At night we have to go back and feed them again and put the dogs in the cage. We are getting paid for gas, but that's it. They come back Monday, so it's only for a little bit longer.
I slept for most of the day again today. I might be getting sick. I hope not. I have enough health problems as it is. I got a letter from the clinic saying I have abnormal lab results and that they wanted to come see me on the 5th. I can't, though, because my primary care doctor changes on the 1st. I wish the clinic was like my doctor's office- everything is done on the computer and they send you all your labs to your email. I will call the walk in clinic tomorrow to see if they can access that so I can see the doctor early. It's closed now, but hopefully tomorrow I can get some answers. It's so annoying!

That is so nice of you to care for all their pets while they are gone! They are very lucky that you are willing to do such a big job... taking care of all those animals is alot of work. I do hope they are greatful enough to give you alittle something more than just gas money... like maybe a gift card to somewhere or SOMETHING.
Did they say what labs came back abnormal? Thats not right if they just sent a general letter saying they was abnormal and didnt include a copy of the results or at least state what the abnormal ones are. I would take it easy and relax till you know for sure.... i know a letter like that would trigger my anxiety. Hope you can start feeling better soon ..... hugzzzzzzz
what a big job you have undertaken. geos parents are very lucky to have you and as g2g said, I hope you get something more then gas money, it is only right. wow, getting a letter like that without knowing the result would send me over the edge and esp. that you cant make it in on the day they can see you. they should of sent you the results in the mail. sleep and restand I hope it all works out. many hugs
We normally care for the animals every time Geo\'s family goes on vacation. It annoys me because they never invite Geo on their excursions. It\'s his family too, and his dad gets free flights. We were lucky to get gas money. They aren\'t exactly the most giving family.. we were surprised to get gas money.
It\'s nice that take care of the animals for them. Great job at playing with the dogs. I do hope you\'re able to get your test results and get into the dr before he changes.
