swallowing is hard to do

This swallowing problem is getting worse.  Sometimes I can't finish taking my pills because of them getting stuck.  Food is doing the same thing.  I don't see getting a test because with my nutritionally challenged body, I couldn't be operated on anyway.  So...why have to drink that horrible barium?  The pain is the same.  I can tolerate it as long as I have my pain meds.  I am getting tired during the day.  I tried to get off Prednisone.  Been on 10mg for 3 years and went to 7.5mg for a month.  It was a month in bed because I had no energy.  No energy and no appetite is not good.  I am so skinny.Well, guess that is all for now.
