sussing out the action
I went to work today and had a pretty good work day.
I got a lot done. I had to start, well, earlier than normal but
no big deal.
I'm just dealing with the after work activities now.
My will and body seem to be pushing me towards a beautiful goal...
but I didn't know what that goal would or will be..So I decided to write
about it..write about it from the perspective that I have to go
from my natural 'in flow' 'in flux' frame of mind through a kind of
abrasive change of perspective...(ugh why do I need to write this stuff!??!)
So anyways, I am just taking a beat and I know I have to do the dishes...
make the bed...clean the ki'tay's litter box and go through some mail..
Just seeing all that now helps me on my way...I need to buy some water...
and maybe some air freshener. I want to research a volunteer organization
called "LA WORKS" - it might be a good place to apply some of my locomotion.
Anyways..Have a good day, morning or afternoon or night wherever you are!

Hola Mark,
A beautiful goal sounds nice
I’m in too much pain today to do too much because I been overdoing it, but I always take care of Baby’s stuff even on high pain days & stuff because well ... I love him. It’s good though that I got up to get his food together because I walked by the window & the leaves here in NY turned beautiful colors overnight (because time of season) it’s really pretty. Sorry I’m rambling in your journal lol
That’s cool you’re checking out a volunteer thing
Hope you’re doing good as I write this
Big hug <3
That sounds so lovely lil missy!! I’m actually from New York originally so I know the beauty you are talking about. I’ve gotta get going on Blue’s stuff now too. Have s good night!!
missy, i enjoyed your ramble. the fall leaf change is the one thing i miss about snow country. the pale yellow and brown we get here is enough to get me nostalgic.
when i feel a need for a beautiful goal but can't seem to muster up one, i make it a goal to explore the mystery **out there.**
i peeked in on la works. did you know they are competing with the Louisiana oil workers for their name? not that that has anything to do with anything important. disaster relief was among my favorite of the volunteer opportunities i tried. there is quite allot of diversity in the volunteer jobs available in that network. for what it's worth, the red cross and salvation army disaster relief workshops were highly educational.
ok thanks Arfie!!
The leaves are changing color here in Virginia, too. One of the many reasons fall is my favorite season.
I think having a beautiful goal is great. Volunteering is so rewarding, and LA Works looks like a good organization. Good luck deciding which goal you want to pursue!
Thanks Ladybug! I went to university in DC and so I know what Fall is like near that area! Such good memories I can look back on for this time of year!
