Sunshine makes everything better
It may be cold today, but doggon it...sunshine just makes everything better! I even wore a yellow sweater today in honor of the sun! :)
For whatever reason, I'm just feeling grateful today. I still can't believe how lucky I am to have dh although maybe to the outside world we seem like an odd fit. BUT, we are there for each other in the good times and the bad; in sickness and in health (and we had already gone through all that BEFORE we got married!). So, today...I'm putting adult children aside and just being grateful that I found dh at a time when I thought I'd be alone forever. He may have come with more baggage than anyone I've ever known, but, in the end, he was worth it. :)
I am also grateful for my new friends on DS who have "walked a mile in my shoes" and support each other.

Wow...love to hear such an up-beat and wonderful entry. You go girlfriend!! I am also so glad that you met DH...I know about baggage but in the end it is sooo worth it when you find a partner that you can share you life with! You two have what it takes to go the distance!
