Sunshine
Really can't complain. Better than your average Green Smiley Monday. I am on Anna Maria Island, sunning, running, eating super healthy, sleeping, laughing with my sister. Thinking of all of us on our journeys.
Spent most of yesterday with J., a friend whose wonderful husband Smitty died in January of GBM... whatta guy. And she is a precious beautiful person, so brave. I love meeting with people with whom I have run a marathon yet never seen in person -- it is a super powerful sensation. I look forward to meeting many of you over the years, one on one (my favorite way) or in groups too. I don't think I can make the NC thing work this year but I know I'll find you all sooner or later!

I knew you would feel a bit better on Anna Maria! It is so beautiful! I\'m thinking of renting a car and going there one day. It\'s my favorite beach in this area. Quiet. How many oysters have you eaten? I don\'t think the place my dad and I went to is still there, but there have to be oysters! AND pitchers of beer! Oh and the Sandbar has a steel drum band at night on the deck... did you go there?
Oh and the shops! Don\'t forget the shops!

Your entry is sunshine... :) it invites us to to do what we can along the way to pamper ourselves. It will look different for each of us yet so vital for this path. This is so strange....I have a girl friend who owns a place on Anna MareIsland and spends lots of time there.....my sister is going down in a couple of weeks to have a vacation there.....my friend is also my sister\'s sister-in-law! Small world!
