sunrise salutation

good morning. I'm waking with the sun today. I'm not going down to church

until 10am. I've showered and dressed, made my bed, cleaned the kitty litter box, vacuumed,

put clothes in the washer and made some tea.

It's weird having this free time - but it was needed.

So, I've got the radio going and I'll skoot down to put

the wash in the dryer - and then head down to church.
