Sunday morning
Rise and shine. Made some coffee, cuddled with Blue and watched some tv. It's chilly so I turned on the heat.
I think I'll take a shower now and dress. I have a family zoom call at 9am. Then onto the day ahead...
It's weird how I'm thinking. My therapist pointed out to me that a lot of us feel that lackluster quality to our days at times. Yes I'm feeling it now too. I'll give myself things to do. TV wears me out so I'll find something else like writing a journal!
a close friend said she tries to design her days to keep a smile on her face. That kind of awareness and sense of Agency is a good reminder to take my day(s) in hand.
id like to do something for someone else on Sundays. In time that will come.:)

I was reading a Bible reading plan last night on being kind. I always try to be kind to people, but it reminded me how good it feels to be kind to others. It makes them feel good and me too. A win win.

It's nice to have a day to plan as you will Marky.... I heard a teenager with many medical difficulties on Dr Phil say he was happy because he liked being happy and that really hit me.....
