Sunday morning

I woke up this morning at 3am or maybe a little earlier. For

some reason, even though I have the day off, my body was 'up and at 'em'.

I tried to go back to sleep and then later on drove to the Starbucks which opened at 5am.

Things are alright. I thought about some things yesterday before I went to bed

and wrote a quick email to my therapist just to tell her what I was thinking about.

The feeling of freedom and enthusiasm about those ideas made my mood soar

and I could feel that fear of it after a little while...wondered what it meant...

and then I tried to keep that sense of freedom but also keep a mindfulness to keep it in check.

It's like I have to get to know myself all over again but maybe it's just a question

of finding some balance?? What the heck!:) I'll keep to my daily routine of things

to do and look forward to. I'll also try and enjoy the unbridled nature of this soaring

mood. I don't know exactly why I am writing all this - I find myself having an attitude right

now that I can't wrangle so well. I'll just give myself the space here to write and greet

the day with you guys.

Sending peace.

When your body is used to getting up early, setting up a routine that gives you relaxation when your schedule work is 'off', is a huge release for the body and brain.

Good work on your part-writing it out is one effective way to sort and organize the information you're processing.

Happy Sunday, Markus. Balance is strategy - writing is a helpful tool for that in my own experiences! Enjoy the day.
