sun sept 4 2011 why cant i find group 4 sergerys?

yes im very frustraited. got the very heavy lift chair in here. felt so good fo about 2 hrs. but guess what im too tall for it. the kind of sergury i had i cant hang my foot  over anything. has to be supported, and sence im tall its hanging off the end of the recliner. layed in it for over 2 hrs, went to sleep on it. when woke up bad foot tottally asleep, not good, and NONE of the swelling went down what a rip. taking the water pills and some extra. hope wene fluid gets out the swelling wont be so bad. figures id have to do something to myself thats so complicated and its up to ME to make sure leg heals back strait again. im very afraid. cant find a support group for just plain old post sergury. very frustrating. thought there       would be one guess. but its sbetter than it was so what ever. strting to get very deppressed, fighting it off for now cause o f phisical pain. ok, moore later. figures im to tall for EVERYTHING why so complicated.... ok, moore later....
