Summer's over

Ugh, so it's back to work tomorrow.  I'm not very well prepared, didn't get nearly everything done I wanted to.  My anxiety isn't as bad though, I think because I got back on my meds.  Also next week is just workshops and meetings and stuff, kids don't start until after labor day.  I'm  actually looking forward to that part, seeing the kids. I think the whole big change in routine is what sets my anxiety off.  Like there's no expectations in the summer, I only have to answer to myself.  At my job there's lots of expectations, lots of stuff that needs to be done and done well.  Ugh, well, might as well not worry about it, it will be here regardless.
Also just wanted to let all my friends on here know, I won't be on here as much now that I'm back to work.  If you want to get a hold of me though just message me on here, it sends a notification on my regular email so I'll know to message back.

Just try and stay positive and deal with things as they happen! Where there is change, there is always a period of time for you to get used to the change and sooner than later it\'ll become second nature to you :)

We have to make ourselves uncomfortable to grow, I have found. The more you do it, the easier it will be. I can understand your anticipation though. Many times the things we worry about never come to be.....count your blessings...I understand about work as well. I am starting a new job soon and won\'t be able to be on as much either...
