Suicidal

I'm suicidal and kinda scared.  The anxiety and depression are totally consuming me and I feel trapped by them.  I feel like I can't talk to anyone. I'm gonna take a Xanax and try not to be a crying freak here at work and make a fucking scene. I wish someone would help me.
