Stupid Brother phone call

Once again my brother thinks of something that needs to be done and so insted of doing it, calls me and says that it should be done.

This time it was moving the key box from my sisters house so that those that know the combo for it can't use it while she is gone.

As usual, since he had not thought to do this, he figures neither had I.

Even after Ihad told him Ihad already done this. EH continued to tell me what needed to be done, and finally when it registered thta I had said I had already done it he had to ask me what I had done. Is it only me since I am short fused whenit comes to dealing with my brother or does this seem like he thinks I am anidiot and wnated tomake sure I knew what he was talking about and did it right?

If he has such low esteem for my capabilities then why not do these things himself and stop telling me they need to be done.

I had already done this days ago.

On another note, my brother had wnted to get conservatorship of my sister months ago and we went to get it done, but once it was ready to take to the court, he decided not to go thru with it. Yesterdy he decided to do this. 

I don't know exactly what this will entale, or what it allows us to do, but since my brother is in charge, first listed on it, and I am only to make decisions if he is unable to, I don't know what is going to happen. It will take at least 5 weeks before it even gets to court, and a judge awards it to us. A lto cnahappen in five weeks. We could have already have had conservatorship over my sister, if he had acted on it months ago. It is a mixed bag when it comes to my brother. As much as he bugs me, he does a lot of good things for my sister, but he also causes some messes.
