study, Study, STUDY!!!

Ok, so I really need my friends support in this. I tend to put my studying off till the last minute; and this isn't a test I can afford to fail. It's my state certification test to become a certified medical assistant. If I fail, I'll still be a medical assistant, but more and more employers want their healthcare providers certified so I have to pass this! I registered for the test a while ago, and I just got back some information about 3 weeks ago. I should get a pink sheet in the mail by the end of this month that will have information on how I schedule a day and time to go take me test. They gave me a 90 day test period which is an alotted 3 months I have to schedule my test during. Mine begins in April. I know it sounds horrible, and your probably thinking "here she goes again putting it off". But since I only now started to study, I think I wont schedule to take the test until the end of May or June. April I feel is too soon. I probably will prepared by then, but it's hard to tell because of how fare I have to go still.  The test is a long multiple choice test that goes over everything from medical terminology to law and bioethics. It has both commen sense questions and trick questions. When I was reading my study guid book I orderd it warned me of some of the questions having two or more answer that are correct; I just have to pick the most correct. So it's basicaly like a SAT...I guess, only focused on healthcare.  I created a study calender [it's what the study guid recomended] and I think if I study atleast 90 minutes a day, I should feel ready by the middle of march. I plan to only mark out my schedule one day in advance because when I took my practical test to determine how much I should study, some subjects needed way more time than others.  If anyone has any studying tips or advice, please let me know. And again, please remind me if you see me online that I should be studying...Or atleast ask me if I've studied yet today...lol

i do it like im preparing for war. the pleasure you experience now, will be doubled with pain if you dont win. youre not preparing just for a test, but your life. if you fail at this, youll be at their misery to decide what to do with you. i dont like to give others that choice. all pain now, and double the pleasure later...

it just hurts three times more when i fail though... cause i really tried, and i put a lot into it. but thats life at war. fight your urges and stay focused!
