Thank you for the reminder, One of my nerdier friends told me that a Studs Terkel fan took the time to hunt down the folks featured in his 70's best seller and publish a book featuring how their careers settled into their retirement years. He sang praises of the effort. Hunting down that book(?) has yet to make it to the top of my LFL (Long Fucking List).
Any clues?
I am not his most ambitious fan, but "Working" might have been the best career guide I read during my first round of college. I have an altar to him in my closet.
