structure to my day

I know I question sometimes what I should be doing with my day - case in point my last journal post.

I wonder as my day goes on - what I should be doing with it... I mean, I can get kind of lost in the momentum of the day (I do tasks and such ) and  I find myself wondering, because I don't really have much more to do, what I can do with my day. I think about a religious

life - and if I were to be in that life, in the middle of the day I could look forward to a set time for dinner or a set time for prayers...

I think it's kind of clear why some seek a religious and structure life... for better or worse - for positive conotation of weakness or strength - I wonder about it sometimes. Sometimes I wonder about it a lot. From what I know of it I 'can get' how some belong to a strict religious sense - how some can sign up for that - and adhere to it.

Outside of structure - I don't feel so much of a sense of self belief or self direction. I want to be a support to others. I just

don't seem to know where to begin with that. I think the big hurdle is - that i have to define that my self and I have to do that at some point.

Trying to send you a hug, but the site won't let me. Hugs!

There definitely is a structure to the religious life. I don't think I would like that much structure, but I can see the draw to it.
