Storms stabilizing, but damage done :'(

Dear DS diary,
That wild blitz of snowstorms that dumped something around the range of seven feet of snow on my region has finally at least reasonably stabilized.  Tonight's precipitation is just a sloppy annoyance by comparison, and the snowpack is a little lower now.
I'm holding out some hope that next week will be a little closer to "normal"...but I would be lying if I said anything other than "things are a mess right now".
I have seen my life coach in a month.  Ditto my training studio.  Getting around has been that hard.  And with the days I missed from work that were snow-related, the stress has been too much.
The sleep problems are back...I badly overslept (10.5 hours) last night because I was essentially emotionally exhausted.  I haven't been able to de-stress because I've been in so bad a place that when I did try to pull anything out, it became a given that it would get out of hand.
If you read my last journal entry: Would you believe me if I told you, had I not picked a game that I had previously beaten, that my orgy a week ago last Wednesday had the potential to go on all night?  Because honestly, that's how it felt.
I conceded to my therapist last night that I can't trust the choices I make anymore.  I really easily could and should have gone with one of Jessica Smith's workouts on the Tube (she's awesome), but I felt so stressed and so discouraged that I basically threw up my hands.  Pretty much ditto for any professional development or job search activity.
I'm not feeling much better today, to be truthful, because it's essentially the same old song: The intentions are good, but the knockdowns my nightmares and anxieties from what I can't control are giving me keep me down for a while.  Usually long enough to leave me in a spot where I have to start all over again.  Rinse and repeat, pretty much.
It's no wonder I don't believe in myself...

Just want you to know that my own anxiety over what I can\'t control are getting the best of me to!! Dearly wish you could find some way to unwind/distress, at least for a short while to \"catch your breath\" so to speak.
Some things are just easier said than done though, I know. Just maybe next week things (weather and such) will lighten up and you\'ll begin to feel better.

I can feel your pain. I am pretty much having those same thoughts this week
Remember what I said about choosing. You do have the power to make different choices.
I hope you are feeling better
