Stop the World - I Want to Get Off
Some of you may remember this movie/song. I just feel like the world keeps spinning, and I can't keep up.
These last few months have been really hard. Taking care of a baby 24/7 with very little help is hard work. My husband has rehearsals 3 nights per weeks. Housework cannot get done. Sometimes I don't even have time to shower.
Thankfully, I send my little one to daycare on Monday. She will be there 2 weeks before I officially go back to work. Since Monday is election day, on Tuesday, I plan to sleep as long as possible. I have not been able to do that in FOREVER!
Another challenge comes when I go back to work. I will probably have to get up at 5am to get two girls ready. The baby will have to be fed, and have a diaper bag packed. The older daughter needs breakfast, and her schoolbag and lunch bag packed.
On a side note, I saw a TV program this week that showed an interesting statistic - women over 40 have only a 1-3% chance of conceiving. With all my problems conceiving in my thirties, I thought at 42 it would be impossible! Not to mention that my husband has congestive heart failure and type 2 diabetes. Goes to show you never know what the future holds.
Well, I will sign off for now. Hope all my friends here are well.

Thanks for the encouragement and prayers. I know that things eventually work out, but it\'s hard when you are trying to get to that point.
You are going through a very rough time now, and running on maximum! It is quite normal to feel overwhelmed at times. God gave you a little miracle, and He will also give you the ability to get through every rough patch. You are a wonderful mom! Loving hugs!
