Stitch my mouth shut

I can't say anything right, and when I want to show that I care... My head goes blank and nothing comes out. I'm a cold person on the outside, I'm sorry.  I'm just going to stitch my mouth up so nothing comes out wrong...   I don't know what to say anymore....
