Still with the wrists

My wrists have still been bugging me, but at least the headache is gone. I managed to go to Zumba today and had a blast. I went to volunteer for a couple hour with my boss leaving early. I didn't want to go to the gym, but I'm glad I did. I need some serious calorie burning. I'm up to 225 which is someplace I don't want to be. I was 222 at the start of the week. I haven't been eating that bad... just once at a Japanese buffet. At least I had a workout that I enjoyed. It was nice to get out of the house.. I've been way too lazy. Tomorrow I am going to try walking to the gym, working out, and then walking home again. All together it's about 2 and a half miles. I need to work on my upper body and abs. I will do my best with the machines... sometimes I need to decrease the weight a lot for me to complete my reps. I don't have any rep goal, but I'm just going to go until I can't anymore.

I haven\'t the coordination for Zumba, so I applaud anyone who can do it and keep up. What kind of weight training are you doing? Let me know if you want me to help you develop a plan.

I just do random machines. I know I do the leg press, shoulder dip, bicep and tricep curs. I also try and do the leg adduction and abduction. I use the ab machine too. I try and do 3 sets of 12 reps, normally on the lowest setting.
