still stuffed up

I am still stuffed up and miserable.  I feel like I am taking one step forward and two steps back.  My head makes me feel dizzy and tired.  All of the medication that was prescribed is being taken and it is not working.  this is the 3rd day on the meds.   I feel like crap.
