Still storming!

Looks like I may actually see the sun again on Friday??  Our house is thankfully at higher elevation, but it took hours to get the kids home today, they closed the university this afternoon because even the sidewalks were rivers, and the dance studio is full of water.  My dad went and wet-vac'd what he could earlier and we will go again tomorrow and the next day hoping to keep the water level down in there.  It finally is just a drizzle now and I was able to let the puppies out.  Have to take advantage in between storm cells!!!
I had mentioned during all my chaos and exhaustion that I could sleep for a week, and it's so wet and dreary, I'm getting plenty of catch up!!
Looking forward to some sunshine in my future!!!!
