Still sick!!! Give me a break!!
This is the north church in Boston where Paul Revere had the signal lights placed...one by land, two by sea. I found the "pews" different. They are boxes, each family had a box with their name on it. The reason for this arrangement was because the church was so... cold. In the morning before church someone would take a metal case and fill it with hot coals and place them in each of the boxes. This way the heat kept the parishioners feet warm and the heat from their bodies would help too. I enjoy learning new things. I thought that was neat!! Update on health.... still feeling crappy!!! Cough is loosening up but I still get the coughing fits especially at night. I have started using my bronchial inhalers and I think they are helping break it up. But I have zero energy and I tend to get dizzy and a bit nauseous. Lord, I hope this ends soon, I’ve got stuff to do.Yesterday, I did manage to get one of my pots decorated for Xmas. It looked great. We put it out and some of the stuff started flying away. We were having a wicked wind and rain storm. Anyway, we gathered up the flying parts and I replaced them and we moved the container to a sheltered place. I will move it back but I will secure it to something. I hope that today I will be able to get at least one more thing done. I am setting my sights low and if I get more done then that’s a bonus!! My to do list is growing and I am not getting to cross off as many things as I would like. I have to be careful when this starts to happen as I start to feel overwhelmed and this is a recipe for disaster.Quote for the day... " Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else." Judy Garland.Everyone have a first rate version of yourself !!! Debbie

Don\'t beat yourself up, you are aleady sick. You will get it done because you are a go-go girl when you feel good. I will send some get well pills via mental telepathy, make sure you watch for them. Try to get some rest...Yah right. Love Naomi xo
I was puzzled as to why there were boxes for people to sit in when I seen the picture before reading your journal. I was thinking it wasn\'t a very friendly church if they didn\'t want to touch others!! LOL That is a really neat story, I love history!
I hope your cough clears up soon. Nothing more irritaing then coughing at night especially if you have a hard time sleeping anyway. You have had this for quite some time now, would a check up at your Dr be a good idea? Take your time and work at all your projects slowly, it will all get done, if not, what the hay!!
Take care my friend
hugs Cathy
Sorry nthat you have a bad cold, hope you get better soon, and the church looks strang to what we are used to but hi if it works well its all good.My todo christmas list is not done yet just going out and buying the lot one day.
Those pews would be great in keeping the wee ones coralled!. Get a truckload of Vit. C and see if that helps. Lots of rest too!
I can understand the decoration flying apart yesterday, I felt the minihome shaking and thought we\'d be blowin\' in the wind too. Feel better. blessings xo
Yeah, take it easy. I know that\'s hard to do this time of year with so much going on but it\'s better to get behind on the to do list then to be so sick nothing gets done.
