Still sick

I took my nausea pill tonight but I'm still nauseous. I was okay with breakfast (2 whole wheat toast with peanut butter) and lunch (salad), but the meatloaf is not sitting well with me. I think I ate it too fast, which is a nausea trigger for me. I know what I need to do to stop vomiting, but it's like my body doesn't want me to. Right now I'd just be happy to get through tonight without barfing.
I did manage to go for a walk today for the first time in a week. I've been staying close to home because of my medical issues. I don't want to have a problem in the middle of a walk. But today went fine, so I'm going to try again tomorrow. I wasn't fast, but I walked at a moderate pace for myself. I didn't want to overdo it. Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better, but not near 100%

I am sorry to see you are still dealing with being nauseated. Question - is meatloaf a good choice with your bowel issue? beef is very hard to digest. It takes a couple of days to get through a healthy colon. Chicken and fish might be a better option and baked or sauted not fried. Hope you feel better soon.

I\'ve been doing ground beef for iron. They say I\'m anemic, so to take iron pills, leafy greens and lean red meat. I\'m also doing a lot of fiber.
