Okay from all my research I know that this latest maneuver of his NOT to pay support is blowing steam off. I know ohio law says he will pay just not sure how much. 28 yrs is usually 1 yr for every 3yrs married. Or the judge could say indefinite. Depends on her mood that day. She is good and doesnt like cheating spouses. Throw in the 2 std's and hoping for double whammy. Plus my age and education, the fact we both agreed I pretty much stay home and took care of kids. (Hey I did work some of those yrs. just not all) anyway been 2 weeks since magistrate read over the papers. Lawyer cannot understand why it's taking so long. of course, his papers show he has put himself deeper into debt. but let's hope this is the week. I could use something good for once.
