STILL GARDENING
THIS IS MY OLDEST BABY PLAYING PEEK A BOO FROM BEHIND MY HAMMOCK CHAIR. HE IS REALLY SHY. HIS NAME IS SPIKE AND HE IS A 9 YEAR OLD MINATURE SCHNAUZER.
WELL, I GARDENED YESTERDAY IN THE HEAT FROM 8 TIL 12. THE FIRST 2 HOURS WERE OKAY BUT EVERY MINUTE AFTER THAT WAS TORTURE!! I WAS LUGGING BAGS OF WET MULCH AROUND. OH, MY ACHING BACK!! I NOW HAVE ALL THE BOUGHTEN FLOWERS IN AND ABOUT 70% OF THE MULCHING DONE. I WILL ADD MORE FLOWERS FROM MY OTHER GARDENS. I HAVE SOME PLANTS THAT NEED TO BE TAMED AND SO I WILL PUT THE EXCESS TO GOOD USE. THE MOST PROLIFIC IS THE AJUGA. I LOVE IT BECAUSE IT IT SO PRETTY AND IS SO....EASY TO GROW ANYWHERE. I SHOULD BE FINISHED BY MONDAY. I NEED TO SPEND SOME TIME IN THE BERRY FIELDS ON SUNDAY. I WILL NOT BE PICKING BERRIES I WILL BE PICKING ROCKS. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH NICE ONES TO PUT AROUND THE EXPANDED GARDEN.
GIRLS' NIGHT GOT CANCELLED LAST NIGHT. WE ARE GOUNG TO TRY FOR SATURDAY EVENING. I HAVE A NAIL APPOINTMENT TODAY SO I WILL CHECK THIS TIME OUT WITH MONSTER (NICKNAME FOR MY NAIL GAL PAL..REAL NAME IS MONICA). SHE WILL BE SURPRISED THAT IT IS HER BELATED BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION.
HAD ONE HORRIBLE SLEEP LAST NIGHT. I WAS UP EVERY FREAKIN HOUR!! NOW I AM GROGGY AND SLUGGISH. NO TIME FOR THIS CRAP I'VE GOT STUFF TO DO!!
MY CAT IS DRIVING ME NUTS!!! SHE HAS STARTED MEOWING AT ME ALL THE TIME. I GIVE HER HER TREATS BUT THAT'S NOT IT. I MAKE SURE SHE HAS FOOD AND WATER...THAT'S NOT IT. I CHECK TO SEE IF THE LITTER IS CLEAN, YUP, THAT'S NOT IT. I GIVE HER ATTENTION...NOT IT!!!! WHAT DO I DO IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE OR MORE INSANE LOL!! I HAVE NOTICED THE LAST MONTH OR SO THAT SHE IS NOT SEEING OR SMELLING AS WELL AS SHE SHOULD. I PUT HER TREATS DOWN AND SHE USE TO BEELINE IT FOR THEM. NOW I ACTUALLY HAVE TO PICK HER UP AND PUT HER NOSE RIGHT ON THE TREATS. WELL, SHE IS OVER 15.

So sorry your cat is driving you insane or as you so lovely put it more insane!! I sure hope she will be ok, with her age it can a bit of a worry.

Cats do not have very good near vision so maybe she has some kind of sinuse infection that is keeping her from smelling the food/treat.
Boy you have been so busy outside I envy you, not the back ach but all the work your getting done. Must feel great to see things changing and becoming even more beautiful.
So far I\'ve gotten next to nothing done outside this year. We\'ve been getting most of our sun in measured doses, a bit in the morning at sunrise then a bit in the evening just before the sun sets then it\'s been rain, rain, rain the rest of the day.

Stop the gardening, it is almost WTF. I am a rock hound. This being old farm land there a lots of piles here and there of rocks the farmers piled up when they were plowing. I probably have moved over a ton of rocks, but you have the major one. Might have mentioned my blueberries are all picked and frozen. Today I made peache turnovers and froze them, I flash freeze first then put them in food saver bags.
Ok the kitty. My Johnny has been doing the same thing. I got sick of trying to figure it out. He loves the new cat food so I was thinking he just wanted more. I have just been ignoring it for now. Good luck. The vet will say they are trying to tell you something, no kidding. NJ xo
