STILL DOWN, STILL FIGHING!!!
MY HUUBY,MICHAEL, AND I A FORMAL SUPPER ON THE SHIP. THE BEADS ARE BECAUSE WE WERE CELEBRATING MARDI GRAD.STILL SUFFERING FROM DEPRESSION BUT I HAD AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT ON TUESDAY WITH MY COUNSELLOR AND MY PDOC. HE UPPED MY SEROQUEL FROM 200 TO 400 AND HE UPPED MY CLONAZEPAM FROM THREEE TO FOUR. WELL, LET ME TELL YOU IT KNOCKED ME ON MY BUTT. I WAS HALLUCINATING AND VERY DISORIENTED. I WAS REALLY GROGGY AND UNSTABLE ON MY FEET FOR MOST OF THE DAY. I TOOK THEM AGAIN LAST NIGHT AND I WAS A LITTLE BETTER, I SLEPT WELL WHICH S THE WHOLE POINT OF HIM UPPING MY MEDS. I NEED REST TO GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO DEAL WITH THE BI POLAR.WELL, I WILL WRITE AND ANSWER JOURNALS WHEN I CAN.DEBBIE

Mardi Grad? That comes BEFORE lent in most of the world, why on earth were they celebrating it on the ship? You are on a shipt right? My atteniton span is shorting out here lately.
I do hope you get things sorted out and start feeling better, it must really suck to be having such a rough time while on vacation. It sucks bad enough to be depressed at home but shesh to have to suffer when you\'ved paid to have fun is about the end of bummerhood.
I sincerely hope your med increase helps you quickly so that you can enjoy your holiday in the sun Debbie. You so deserve a good time. I too have had my mood let me down when on holiday and that seems to suck more than when you are at home. you and your hubby seem to have a brilliant relationship and I\'m sure that with him by your side you can fight this thing and WIN!!!

Hope you are feeling better soon. The sun was so nice today and it was warm and I felt like crap too. We shall be better, we shall. My pdoc had me take 1/2 of a 25 mg seroquel in the am for anxiety and it was toooooo much. Amazing how differently we all react to meds. take care of yourself, glad you were able to get in for an appt.

MY PDOC HAS ME ON 200MG A DAY AND HE INCREASED IT TO 400MG. THIS IS ALONG WITH MY OTHER PILLS. WELL, LET ME JUST SAY THAT IT KNOCKED ME ON MY BUTT!!! SO I STOPPED TAKING THE 400MG. ACTUALLY, I STOPPED TAKING ALL OF MY MEDS ON SAT. I WANT TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM OUT. I WILL START WITH MY USUAL ROUTINE ON MONDAY.
YES, YESTERDAY WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT I DID NOT GET TO ENJOY IT AS I WAS IN BED ALL DAY. OH WELL, THAT IS LIFE. AND I AGFREE I/WE WILL WILL SURVIVE!! BE WELL. REMEMBER WE HAVE TO HAVE A COFFEE DATE SOON!!
