Still can't get the meds right

I feel so very bad. All I want to do is cry. I cannot get into see the dr until Wednesday morning. None of the meds I have seem to be working this morning. I have not gotten neary enough sleep and I am begining to believe that there is somethine more going on here than a bad reaction to meds. I feel so helpless and alone.
