still angry and cry a little too.
I have been very angry because my husband left me all alone. I have roomates that some days I talk to them very rude and I cannot help it. I am scared for my future I don't know what is in store for me all I know is I want to wake up and see my husband next to me telling it is all ok that he is here. My grieveing is hurting me all the time. I just wish the pain would stop and I want my husband back!!

Your loss is very much like mine as u know. I still have days like this but I do see glimpses of happiness in my future. We r both new to this and I\'ve heard it could take years for us to even come close to feeling normal again. This is a hard journey you have to take. I am in the process of self discovery now. I am learning who I really am. I have learned that I enjoy doing things that I never thought I would. I think maybe you should go out and do something. I joined a social group and we do a whole bunch of things like going to the movies, kayaking, zip lining, and a whole bunch of other fun things. Know that he would want you to go out and have fun every once and a while to help take your mind off things. I know I haven\'t really messaged you that much or posted that many comments lately but I will try to do more I am glad you r my friend
There are other events that members of my social group attend, like musicals and painting classes.
So sorry! I know just how you feel. I want my Scott back but it will never be. It\'s been a horrible few days. No day is great but some are worde than others.
One thing I learned no one knows what the future holds.
I just want the ache to stop the loning for something that will never be again at least here on earth.

I think it\'s a normal part of the emotions we feel. We run thru all different kinds and degrees of emotions. I know I get angry, sometimes even at my husband for leaving, as if he could DO something about it! But mostly I just get angry at being left alone, and I often think \"what\'s the point here?\" I try not to think much into the future - nothing beyond today.
All of you thank you for your posts. If you look up the steps of grieveing the second step is anger. As for getting out drew I get out during the day I go out with my dogs, but thank you all for the advice.
