Step Forward

I had lunch with a friend I used to bowl with and I was sitting there and she said to me "my honesty gets me into trouble". I said to her well I'd rather honesty than lies that hurt you and people that make promises and don't follow through at least your honest unlike some that make promises of marriage and then silence.It was the first time I'd said it aloud and admitted it to anyone. My friend said it was a step to healing. Good day.
