steadying myself - morning worries?

waking up to the 'morning worries' - my mind does this frequently.

It's really unnerving but perhaps it's the way my mind 'boots up' to get

the whole bio system started. Those needling invasive thoughts -

and I decided to go for coffee as my usual thing to do on my days off - bright and early -

first Blue came to visit me in bed - so I let him rest on my chest and belly for a bit-

then got up - got dressed and made it out to the Starbucks -

on the drive out there and then on my way back - my mind 'creatively'

tried to tell me that I had done something wrong - with my therapist and then with my father-

both issues are just not real - I guess in part -

those needling ideations are my way of establishing some kind of place in the world for my brain..

like a gps looking for it's satellite connection - I don't know...writing it out helps me

put my worries in place when it was originally hard to do so...so now I've found my way back

to the routine -

have a good day guys! sending sunshine and rainbows!

I hold "those needling ideations" as part of a questioning nature. Even the most celebrated of questioners can't get all the questions right. Ya can't reach greatness by being afraid of missed guesses. I like the analogy of a GPS looking for its satellite connection. I describes beautifully my current radical acceptance and management of morning anxieties. Instead of judging and beating myself up for them, I scan them to see which I should take seriously and which are just static worthy of disregard. Neither set makes me a bad person.
