STARTING TO GET MORE DONE
THIS IS A PICTURE OF JUST A LITTLE BASKET WITH THE BIRDS FEEDING IN THE BACKGROUND. WE HAVE A HUGE AMOUNT OF SNOW NOW ANOTHER 14 INCHES/38CM. THE BIRDS ARE COSTING ME A FORTUNE IN FEED I HAVE SO MANY. BUT THAT’S OKAY, I LOVE TO WATCH THEM. GOT TWO MORE DECORATIONS UP YESTERDAY OUTSIDE. I JUST HAVE TO HAVE MICHAEL PUT UP THE ONES UNDER THE UPSTAIRS WINDOWS BUT THAT WILL BE THE WEEKEND.IT’S NICE AND SUNNY HERE TODAY BUT COLD -10*C/14*F. BUT NO WIND SO IT IS REALLY PLEASANT TO BE OUT. I TOOK THE BOYS TO SCHOOL FOR 8:35 AND THEN WENT TO CANADIAN TIRE. WE NEEDED A NEW ELECTRIC HEATER. THE OLD ONE BIT THE BULLET THIS WEEKEND. WE DON’T USE IT MUCH JUST OCCASIONALLY IN MY DRESSING ROOM WHEN THE WIND BLOWS A CERTAIN WAY. BUT WE RAN OUT OF PROPANE FOR THE FIREPLACE ( MY BAD !! ) AND WE USED IT TO HEAT THE ROOM INSTEAD OF TURNING UP THE FURNACE. WELL, AFTER A FEW HOURS IT STARTED MAKING THE MOST PAINFUL NOISES. THE FAN WAS BARELY TURNING. ANYWAY, I BOUGHT A NEW ONE. THEN I WENT TO THE GROCERY STORE THAT HAS A POST OFFICE AND GOT ALL OF MY CARDS MAILED. MY TRAVEL AGENT IS ALSO THERE SO I CHECKED ON A FEW DETAILS WITH HER. THEN HOME I CAME TO FINISH MY JOURNALS.BEFORE I WENT OUT THIS A.M. I MIXED UP THE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES AND THEY NEED TO BE IN THE FRIDGE FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE YOU CAN MAKE THE BALLS. I AM GOING TO MAKE MY MAPLE CHEESE CAKE TODAY AND HOPEFULLY MY GERMAN APPLE CAKE ( THANKS DENALI ). SO I HAVE A BUSY DAY AHEAD. HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GOOD DAY. I’LL CLOSE WITH A QUOTE ON PERSEVERANCE.." I MAY NOT BE THERE YET, BUT I’M CLOSER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY. UNKNOWN HAVE A GOOD ONE. DEBBIE

Wow, that\'s alot of snow!! And to think that it\'s so early in the season, if that keeps up you will have to use those snow shoes you decorated!
Have fun baking today!
hugs Cathy
Ok I slways thought you were a stable person but if you think 14 dregrees is nice I have chnaged my mind. It is 35 here and I will not go out, making Hubby take Ruby out!!! BRRRRRRRR
lol...i cant imagine finding 14 degrees being plesant to be in, but im sure you must be used to it. my parents up in maine always give me a kick when they say its a balmy twenty degrees outside...guess im too much of a \"snowbird\" wanta be flying to coop by the time the snow flies! anyway, have a great thansgiving and stay toasty! hugs to you!
You have so much more snow then we do and it\'s been working on it here since the 3rd of Oct. It is snowing again today, bigger flakes as it\'s also warmer, I\'m hoping it stays snow and doesn\'t turn to rain.
You sure have been busy with the decorating and other things, must be feeling better too?
I think I\'m a bit better today, course I haven\'t done anything yet but Neal and Winter are both sicker now, well Winter sicker and Neal sounds like this bug has finaly managed to catch him.
