starting the day after work

I came home from work about 40 minutes ago.

Ate a different kind of lunch than usual and sat on the couch

with the tv on and have just been biding my time until I jump

in the shower and dress. For some reason after eating and sitting,

the morning seems a bit of a let down.. But I am recognizing that

and so I feel more agency in the chosen attitude and direction I take

with my next steps to start my day after working the early morning..

I'm gonna take a ride. :-)...after I take a shower.
