starting the day

got up showered and dressed...then fed Blue ...

then went to Starbucks...

now I'm home and have Smerconish on

and am just waiting for the Trader Joe's to open

so I can do my weekly shopping.

I reached out by email to my therapist last night - and she

wrote back...

I told her how it was time to talk about some things - someone in particuar -

she wrote back very generously that she would be ready to talk about this person

with me at my own good time - and to take care of myself this weekend as best I could

and count the little victories...

She's so great!
