Starting the day

I'm here at work waiting for the workday to start.

Not much going on, but have a good day you guys!

I have been feeling kind of untethered this morning, very much in the moment with not a lot of perspective or depth to hold onto. Sounds silly maybe but I am just shifting gears in my frame of mind to pretend what it'll be like to steer my own life when I am all alone in life. Sensing those resources within me really help reassure me to look forward to the work day and life in general.
