Starting the day

I’m here at work, and usually I'd get my work station ready but they're waxing the floors right now...so that will have to wait! :) I'm in the Starbucks cafe listening to the Muzak for the time being.

Things are good. I had a great meeting with my therapist yesterday. We were talking about things in a really helpful way. We usually do but things made extra sense.

I was talking to her about the monastery as well as living out here.

I love the east coast and I love my family. I wish you guys could experience the kind of support I felt yesterday. She made me feel so good about my choices and decisions making process. She wasn’t blowing smoke but she was essentially saying one choice is as good as another. She said it in a really positive way so as to affirm my choices. I feel aware and confident, not infallible but just positive.
