I tried sleeping with nature sounds last night but only halfway slept as it kept me awake instead. Tired!

thanks Nikki! So far so good! :) I love nature sounds. I have to admit, I love them too much
because they keep me awake with interest too :) :) Sleep well tonight. Maybe there's another
'go to' thing you could find that helps you settle down? xo
