Starting my Safety and Action Plan

I found a Safety and Action plan on the web somewhere. I down loaded the both of them, copied them on a rough draft paper and started to put it all together. My sister bought me a 4pack of poster boards. So I want to finish so I can hang it in my room, look at it everyday and be re.I need everyday that .y daughter   needs me to go get her. I do want to be right and sober. I want my baby back. I miss her so much.
