For the second session in a row I kind of had a tough session with my therapist. She seemed to be angry with me and yet I’m also thinking that with any relationship there might be friction at times. I still gotta believe in myself and my choices.

I'm very sorry your session was a tough one. Did you ask whether she was angry with you? Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I think you’re right.. A bad day. I emailed her and talked about it. She said let’s talk about it next session.
