Start of Spring Quarter

I knew it'd be hard, but the workload still took me by suprise a bit. I forgot, maybe my mind forgot on purpose, about the stress and fatigue that tends to come after zoom classes. I have one more class than usual this quarter and my physics class seems way harder than last quarter. It's going to be interesting to say the least. 

I still want to work on my comic throughout. At least 30 minutes a day. But I may have to accept that it's going to be last priority after school and taking care of my mental and physical health. I did make a decent amount of progress over break but I think I also lost sight of the story and why I was doing it in the first place. Regaining that may be hard. 

Someone found my old art on Twitter yesterday and was gushing to me about how amazing it is, then gave me a shoutout and I gained some followers on my tiiiny twitter account. It was really sweet and unexpected.

I've been getting more serious about growing my art accounts across multiple platforms, and part of that is posting more regularly. Unfortunately I don't have the time to draw profusely every day now, so I'm aiming for posting once a week on Instagram and tweeting once every day or two on Twitter (mostly progress shots). I'm also thinking of getting into Tiktok and Instagram highlight reels but I'll have to do a little research on how to handle videos. 

I have a three hour lab class coming up in 20 minutes that I'm not particularly excited for, then a one hour history that ends at 5. Before 4 and after 5 I'll be taking pictures for my photocollage for studio and hopefully going to get the photos printed out. Tomorrow I'll get to cut the photos up and make a collage. 

Besides that I also have some physics homework, and I haven't thought much about history or political science yet. They're my lower priority/less intense classes. It all seems kind of overwhelming but I'm trying to contextualize my workload better. For now I'm focusing on studio and physics.
