stage 2 begins

heard from lawyer yesterday. we now have an oral hearing an hour before the pre-trial. Seems he wants to get more money since ex is notorious for NOT paying bills on time. I would rather pay my own insurance than rely on him to pay. plus seems we have a contempt of court too since he hasnt attempted to pay last months or this months support. Hoping judge sees it my way and I get money soon. prayers always appreciated. thanks
