stability
I have tried real hard to be as rational as I could be about how to manage myself
my energies. I think I am getting there. I see patterns in my behavior, in the way I think
and feel and ask myself things that serve to the end of stability and functionality.
I have learned to work through things, accept things and keep somewhat optimistic
and I feel well...like I am getting there. Counting my blessings.

it's hard. it's lonely but I am learning to solve my own problems. I feel like there is something essentially wrong or missing
about me but I need to not focus on that - and solve the problems, issues that stand in my way of surviving and event excelling. One doctor once told me that indeed "You" are not like other people... and right now that is ok, I still need to figure out a way of making my way.
Dunno. . . Feelings of inadequacy are a pretty big deal. I'm glad I focused on my own for long enough to collect therapy tools for countering them rather than letting them forever hold me back. My poorly developed self-esteem still gets in the way allot, but having the tools to deal with it sure makes a world of diff.
The exercises even make it more okay that I'm not Jane Q. Normal and never will be.
