SRA triggers
Tomorrow I am going into out patient hospital for a minor surgery procedure. I am not worried about the surgery. What I am worried about is being drugged. When I was abused during a satanic ritual worship meeting I was drugged before and during the abuse. This went on every night for a few weeks. So, now when I have to be drugged for something it just freaks me out big time!
I will try to keep my focus on the present and remember that the Lord is with me and I will be safe. Unfortunately, Victoria (the personality that was developed from this abuse) has been a very courageous little girl, but it has been a while since she has been triggered. I just do not want her to freak out and come out before or during the surgery.

I can sure see why you would be scared by this. I am praying that all will go well and that this will take you a step closer to integration and healing. Just know I am here for you.
I understand why you would be scared. I will say some prayers for you. Take care.
My t has told me when I am in a situation such as this that I talk to the system about setting things up within and talking to the alter that is particularly anxious and set up safe places for them to go during the surgery so that system is as little disturbed as possible.

Sending love and prayers your way, Sometimes not a bad idea to let your doctor know in advance about your concerns so they can maybe minimize some of the anxiety and keep you know who out of the operating room. Praying for you!
