spiritual upheaval and order

for some reason some days I experience spiritual upheaval...call it a chaotic mind

or high spirits or both..but I think what I have learned...in the spirit of being self responsible...

as self responsible as possible...I have remembered that I have an order or routine about my life

that carries me through....remembering to do the same things or going to the same places...it just

helps me feel orderly...sorted...on track...and somewhat calmed...
