Sorry I've been so slow in getting back to everybody!

I have a whopper of a story to tell........ just finishing up lining up the troops and gathering the ammunition (handed to me on a nice long rope) - not once but twice now in 12 months - the story of 2 'agencies of ill repute'.
There's fraud, there's abuse, there's arrogant insolence and incompetence.  And there is MY Idea coming into shape on the Horizon.

Since it just took 6 weeks to write the latest 6pp expose...........I'll start off the story as concisely as I can!
