Sore throat, stuffy nose, and I am fine

Well, I am fighting a cold given to me, I am sure, by dear Grayson, the crouper.  He is having some tough nights.  I am doing well with the cold.  Will not push too hard.  I did take a decongestant last evening and could not stay awake.  Poor dh had to tell me everything that happened from about 3 pm on.
I can honestly say that I am only having throat symptoms with bulbar problems right now.  It is so strange how it meanders.  My arms are weak too, but I can deal with that.  Of course, double vision is a constant.  I hope I can get through this next month this good.   Its funny to have a rip snorting cold and say I am doing good.  My perspective has changed.
Grayson will be here for 15 hours today.  He will come along on my errands if he's not too sick.  We had several inches of snow yesterday that has now turned to ice, so navigating will be a bit hard.

Debbie,
From a baby sitting grandmother, neti pots every night after babysitting, child with obvious cold or not, hand sanitizer in your pocket use frequently, especially after wiping childs nose, hand cream at night to help recover from all the sanitizer. Everybody\'s happier if gramma stays well! Good luck, b.
Got cocky, got sick!

By the way soap and water at home works just as well the sanitizer is quicker andorra convenient when you have a busy little one. b.

Will use those suggestions!! Nasty cold. Grayson is having such a tough time of it. Poor little guy. He is so good natured. Nicole took him in when he was so croupy and they gave him a shot of steroids. The good natured little guy never even cried. Either he was having too much of a hard time breathing (grandma can relate) or he was enamored with the nurses (Grayson flirts at 6 months.)

Hi Debbie, hope you are doing a bit better today. You are Grayson make quite a team! Poor baby....I think I spent half my nights sitting in a steamy bathroom when my kids were little. I surely could not do that now with MG.

Take care friend. Snow?! Safe travels on those icy roads. It is going to be a perfect 70 degrees here in Houston. Sounds as though your immune system is kicking in to fight the cold. Mine surprisely did last week. I was shocked. As much immune suppression as I\'m getting and I just keeps on producing---a good and a bad thing when you have MG/thymoma.
Take care friend,
sherry

Still with the cold. Having to lay low. Did quick grocery shop this morning which took my spoons. Sore throat, stuffed nose, but I am still breathing better than I did when I was having MG breathing issues.
