Soooo Very Tired, but staying positive!

Hope Everyone is having a Happy Thanksgiving!

I am looking forward to spending time with family.  I have been doing okay lately as far as my anxiety goes, but physically I could be better.  For the last four days I have been so tired, it is not even tired it is more fatigued.  It is beyond tired.  I don't understand why I would be exhausted all the sudden, my LO is still waking up in the middle of the night but not more then usual.  At the same time I have been having this weird sensation of pressure at the top of my head.  It's like someone is pushing on the top of my head.  It is an odd feeling because I don't have a headache with it just pressure, so I am not sure what is going on.  I am thinking of emailing my doctor and seeing if she could just order some bloodwork without me having to come in because it is hard to get into the doctor's office with LO and we don't have a lot of money right now.  Maybe it is aneima or thyroid problem.  There are thyroid problems on my dad's side of the family.
Also I reported in my last journal that I have been having pelvic pain and pubic bone pain.  Well it is better but hasn't gone away.  I know last time I was postpartum I had a lot of unexplained pelvic pain so I was just ignoring it but then the pubic bone pain started and I didn't have that last time so I went to my obgyn to ask her about it.  She examined me and thought that it was due to irritation from ovulation, so she suggested I take Advil and give it a week or so.  Which I did and although the pain is better it is not gone away so I emailed her again and she arranged for ultrasound on Tuesday morning.  Hopefully everything is fine but this way we can be sure.

I have been handling the above situations fairly well as far as anxiety goes which is good because that never helps anything.  I am very thankful for that!  I do pray that God will heal me of my fatigue and that there is nothing wrong with me.
I will journal more once the results from the ultrasound come in.
Happy Thanksgiving!  :D
